The Process

Step 1

Explore the Collections

The first step is to decide which kitchen style you’d like to go for out of the Neptune collection, choose from Chichester, Suffolk, Henley Oak, Henley Painted or LImehouse. Everyone is unique and everyone has a different design journey. Picking up a Neptune kitchen brochure will help you, but the best thing you can do is visit our store ‘Robert James Interiors’ to get up-close to a Neptune kitchen to see if it gives you 'that feeling'. Let us get you a cup of coffee and discuss your ideas with you.

Step 2

Consultation

This is a no obligation informal meeting with a kitchen designer at our Robert James Interiors store.

We’ll talk you through each of our kitchens point out the bebfits and try to answer any questions you may have to help you decide which one feels like it might be the right fit. We will be able to give you a ballpark figure of the cost of a Neptune kitchen. This is a complimentary service and you can book it over the phone, via email, or by dropping in.

During this meeting we'll run through all of your wants, needs and wishes and we can start talking through some initial ideas. It would be an idea to bring along any room dimensions to this appointment, a simple rough sketch of position of doors, windows and any other details of your room will do, or an architect's plan if you're doing an extension.

Step 3

The design service

Next we will design a Neptune kitchen for speciffically for you, we will draw up plans of your new kitchen including a visit your home to fully understand the space, lighting and any specific requirements, if you’re having an extension, we may still come to visit the site to discuss the project in person so we can understand the building better. For the design service we will ask you for £250.00, which should you proceed will come off the bill, if you don’t go ahead you will still have some detailed plans you can keep.

Once you’re more than happy with your kitchen design, we ask for a deposit, before working on finalized drawings, filled with every bit of detail we can to help you plan everything from electrics to plumbing. You’ll then sign off these final drawings and we’ll provide you with an installation date.
